The Blagdon amphibious pond pumps have a different construction from your average fountain pump, there are no impellers to wearout, no shaft to snap its just a metal magnetic plate that drivers the rotor which has large fins so as not to clog as much. Pro-fish-ional have come across these pumps 25 years old and still going strong, thats good compared to the pumps that go for a few years than wear out or need spares. The Blagdon amphibious pump has various heads which come as part of the package or will fit most other heads if needed.
This is a dome jet fountain, as it has a large gap around the lip, it doesnt clog like conventional fountain heads its also great as it can take more water without spraying onlookers.
